English Teacher

St Luke’s College is seeking an outstanding English teacher to join our team in 2022.  The ability to teach ATAR English would be viewed favourable. Finance Officer – Full time Ongoing

St Luke’s College is seeking a focused and organised Finance Officer to join the Finance and Administration team.

The Finance Officer works as part of a team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial processing and administration tasks. The role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts payable & receivables functions of the College, amongst other administrative duties. This position requires the successful applicant to work school terms, plus two weeks of the January school holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Preparation and processing of journal entries
  • Reconciliation through to trial balance for end of period reports
  • Liaising with students and their families
  • General Office Duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Sound knowledge of Office 365
  • Ability to work co-operatively with staff, students and parents
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Show initiative and problem-solve
  • Maintain a professional and confidential nature

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in school environment
  • Experience with AoS Software

Cleaner

St Luke’s College is seeking a full-time, ongoing Cleaner.

This position is 37.5 hours per week worked over 42 weeks per year.

The successful applicant for this role should possess the following capabilities:

  • Ability to work split shifts
  • Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly in a busy environment
  • Ability to undertake a variety of regular daily and scheduled tasks where required
  • Ability to effectively maintain College facilities
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check and 100 point CrimTrac check (or be willing to obtain both)
