The school of choice for our community, one of the best schools in Western Australia, and a driving force in the development of the dynamic Pilbara region.
We take pride in the all-round achievement of our students and strive to instil high personal goals through various academic and sporting initiatives and extra curricula programmes.
St Luke’s College is a Catholic co-educational college founded on the dual ethos of the Christian Brothers and the Presentation Sisters. We are a Catholic learning community seeking to develop young people to be the best they can be, make a positive difference in the world and actively live their faith.
The College opened in 1987 and is the Pilbara’s only Catholic secondary College, currently catering for 455 students from Years 7-12 from the city of Karratha, as well as the surrounding towns of Dampier, Wickham, Roeburne and Point Samson.

Final Newsletter for the Semester.
Welcome to our final newsletter for the semester. It’s hard to believe we are half way through 2018 already!
Two weeks ago, our Year 12 students attended a two-day residential Retreat at Dampier Camp School. This is one of the last opportunities our Year 12 students have to come together as a group before they graduate in a few months.
Last Friday, we celebrated Founders’ Day at the College. This day recognises the establishment of the only Catholic secondary school in the Pilbara just over thirty years ago and reaffirms the charisms of both the Christian Brothers and the Presentation Sisters on which the College was established.
